The staff were exceptionally attentive, assisting with a lost passport incident, which left a positive impression. However, the hotel could improve on food variety, as the dining options felt limited, and more attention could be paid to maintaining some facilities.

Great spot for a group getaway! We loved the charming chapel and had fun exploring nearby attractions. The staff was cheerful, and our room was clean and comfortable. Getting to the train station was a breeze via the underground path. Highly recommend checking out the local katsu shops nearby and don’t skip on the Takoyaki!

The room we stayed in was incredibly cramped, barely larger than the bed itself, making it difficult to move around. I recently enjoyed my stay with friends, appreciating how close we were to the osaka science museum, just about 1 km away, and the wonderful umeda sky building's floating garden observatory, which was only a 15-minute walk, making it easy for us to explore the city's landmarks comfortably. the elegant decor throughout added a relaxing vibe to our stay, perfect for a weekend getaway.

We had a triple room that was surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. Staff was friendly and really helpful, even spoke decent English. made us feel very welcomed.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for the comfort we got, it was still reasonable.
