A wonderful place with easy access to various transportation options, making travel a breeze. The decor boasts a charming antiquated European style, and the spacious room provided a lovely view of a courtyard. The staff were exceptionally attentive, assisting with a lost passport incident, which left a positive impression. However, the hotel could improve on food variety, as the dining options felt limited, and more attention could be paid to maintaining some facilities.

Great location next to the Kansai airport bus terminal!
The shower head was very weak and difficult to adjust.

Great spot for a group getaway! We loved the charming chapel and had fun exploring nearby attractions. The staff was cheerful, and our room was clean and comfortable. Getting to the train station was a breeze via the underground path. Highly recommend checking out the local katsu shops nearby and don’t skip on the Takoyaki!
We struggled to find the hotel at first since the directions from Google Maps weren’t very clear.

The hotel features a stunning chapel with beautiful stained glass, making it a memorable backdrop for any event. We loved spending our time exploring the nearby cafés for meals, and having our beloved pet with us made the experience even sweeter.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available.

I loved how easy it was to walk to the Floating Garden Observatory, which was just 1.5 km away, while Osaka Castle Park was a pleasant stroll of about 3.5 km, allowing me to soak in the city's beauty without needing public transport. this place was a total gem for a single traveler seeking famous landmarks and relaxing green spaces.

The old-world elegance of the decor provided a calming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive to my requests, making me feel valued.
The view from my room was less than ideal.

great access to osaka's parks and popular attractions
I loved staying here because it was super close to the Osaka Museum of Housing and Living, and I really enjoyed a peaceful walk to the stunning Osaka Castle, which felt like a perfect weekend escape from the city's hustle and bustle. the hotel had a charming old vibe that definitely enhanced my experience as a solo traveler. The only downside is that the hotel’s dining options could be better, but it didn’t ruin my overall stay.

missingWrote a review on Sept 16confusing directions
Clean rooms with polite staff.
Finding the hotel was a huge hassle. the directions were unclear, and it took us a while to figure out the check-in process located on the 8th floor. The room we stayed in was incredibly cramped, barely larger than the bed itself, making it difficult to move around. We also faced issues with the weak shower head, which was frustrating during our stay.

old European style charm, unique church chapel, nearby 24-hour gaming arcade
Rooms could greatly benefit from a renovation!!! Furniture layout is awkward, making the small space feel even tighter!!! Train noise is noticeable and could disrupt your rest!!! Dust accumulating underneath the bed is unappealing!!!

I recently enjoyed my stay with friends, appreciating how close we were to the osaka science museum, just about 1 km away, and the wonderful umeda sky building's floating garden observatory, which was only a 15-minute walk, making it easy for us to explore the city's landmarks comfortably. the elegant decor throughout added a relaxing vibe to our stay, perfect for a weekend getaway.

We had a triple room that was surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. Staff was friendly and really helpful, even spoke decent English. made us feel very welcomed.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for the comfort we got, it was still reasonable.
